Who sees it
Your details are seen only by the people involved in quoting for and carrying out your job, and only as much as each needs. They're stored in customer, email and messaging systems run for us by service providers who are bound by contract to keep them secure.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how our website is used. They don't see what you type into our forms.
We never sell your details or share them for other companies' marketing. We only pass them on beyond the people above if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Records of jobs: 6 years. Enquiries and quotes that don't go ahead: 6 years. Photos of gardens: 6 years. Section 9 of our turf laying terms covers before and after photos.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to us contacting you. Email info@turflayingnewcastle.co.uk or use our contact form.
