About Turf Laying Newcastle
Operating for over 5 years, we lay new lawns for homeowners, landlords and trade across Newcastle and the North East.
What we do
We're a turf laying business, and that's all we focus on: taking a garden that needs a new lawn and leaving it with fresh turf laid on well-prepared ground.
Some jobs start with a worn, mossy lawn. Others are bare soil behind a new build, or a back yard that's never had grass. We lift the old lawn where needed and take the waste away, get the ground level and laid with topsoil where it's short, then lay and edge the turf. Most gardens are finished within a day.
How we work
Your quote breaks the job into its parts, so you can see where your money goes. Builders' rubble, if there is any, is priced as its own line because it costs more to dispose of.
We plan the day around the house: back-lane access, parking, a narrow side passage or a lawn that can only be reached through the hall. Before we leave we talk you through watering and the first mow.
